I already discussed my responsibility with La Chine. As the original mother, I’m injured and I suffered for 8 long years. So far I already paid 100 percent of the liability when I’m responsible for less than 60 percent . Actually I think I’m responsible for nothing and a party from China is responsible for 100 percent of the liability. Nevertheless, the debt solution is the party from China should make up to me for the 40percent of the debt I already paid. Then the case is dismissed. I do not need to pay for anything and the party from China needs to make up to me, not the other way around. Since I can forgive that party from China, I can refuse to take any reimbursement by dismissing the case today. So Nobody needs to give me anything and I do not need to pay anything. Since I’m the victim, I have he right to decide what I do with this reimbursement. Sweetie, rest your case.

As far as my rapport with the a party from the US/ EU is concerned, everyone knows the history. They benefited more form me than from anyone else. Then some individuals wanted to frame me as a bad person to associate me to a party. The effort proves to be a waste of time. So the party from US/ EU still owes me and does not need to hurt me. However, I was cut and my cousin in law was killed as a result of this non-voluntary involvement. After (not before) the tragedy,  for defense, I resorted to diplomacy with a couple of individuals who might (or might not) be associated with the party from the US/ EU. These individuals are alive and healthy today in the reality world. In the same reality world, my cousin in law is dead and I’m cut. And these individuals might be (or might not be)  the people responsible for my trouble. I do not owe them. They owe me. I’m willing to write off the debt they owe me if all my trouble goes away.  Since I can forgive these individuals, I should have no problem with the party from the US/ EU. As always, I wish the US/ EU all the best.

As discussed above, I do not owe any political debt to any party. They owe me. As far as my tax situation is concerned, I do not owe any tax . If any party claims I owe taxes, prove it. It is bad enough to lie and it is worst to kill my cousin in law and cut me over a lie. Even if I put up with the lie, I refuse to pay any debt I do not owe by giving up my health or my life. It’s serious. I have no problem to file law suits or to post my tax returns for the past 10 years to prove it is impossible for me to owe any tax.  I didn’t profit from business so the only tax I need to pay is payroll tax which is almost impossible for me to owe tax. It is not like I make a business profit of a billion so I owe 100 million in tax which can send me to jail if I cheat over this 100 million. How much can my payroll federal tax be ? 10-20kk a year and paid in full by the company before the pay check sent to me. How can I possibly owe a large sum to deserve a life sentence? Even if I owe payroll tax and I'm unable to pay, I can still file bankruptcy to clear off the debt. If you need to choose between going to jail for 30 years to get cut and filing bankruptcy to walk free,  what is your choice?  Even if I owe tax,  I can still walk free without sacrificing my freedom, health and chance for love/marriage.  What do I sacrifice my freedom and health for 30 long years for?  In order to avoid filing bankruptcy, should I sacrifice my freedom, health, good reputation, chance for romance and marriage for 30 years? Why is avoiding filing bankruptcy more important than my reputation, my health, my life, my freedom and my chance for love and marriage?  It's a lie your audience will not buy ! The only tax situation in question is for tax year 2001 when I had a little business expense. This is year 2012, 11 years later. According to the American law, any debt older than 10 years is erased. This means even if I owe tax money for year 2001, it does not exist any more, let alone I do not owe any tax money to start with. I can back up my claim with all the receipts and evidences. So I do not owe any political group, any nation any money or any favor. And I have nothing to do with any government. Some governments owe me instead.

For some people, I’m chosen for the show because I’m standing right in front of you. But I do not deserve to be a target displayed right in front of you. And I do not qualify to be used as a substitute for water/fire/blue in the show. You owe me.

(Please forward this letter to anyone it may concern. ) I was informed informally that the treatment I’m receiving is called 78, meaning I’m picked on (7) but I’m wealthy （8）. This is not fair.  What does Donald Trump say about a 78 on him when he lives a wealthy and happy life, namely, a happiness and no trouble(56)  + wealthy life (8).  A 78 on him is not fair because the perps are taking away his happiness and freedom along with business opportunities, then give him the money he is supposed to make with the business opportunities the perps take away from him. So the compensation is far from enough because the perps only make up with the financial loss they have cost him.  How do they make up with the happiness, freedom and other intangible losses they have cost him?   In reality, my situation is worse than a 78.  I’m given a 74  without the 8, because I’m cut (4).  Without the perps’ interference into my private life.  I’m guaranteed to get a 568, meaning freedom, happiness, health and wealth because I’m smart enough to make money on my own if the perps did not take away business opportunities, time and energy from me.  So even after they make up to me on my financial loss, their payment of my indentured slavery is still 0. Why am I not freed to be compensated , but closed out so I’m subjected to more misfortunes and losses?

Why was I closed out 8 years ago?
1.   I was enslaved 8 years ago, or at least 3.5 years ago.  What did I do wrong?  Ren lied to you. That was what I did wrong. I do not blame her and I wish her well. But I do not need to pay for her lies.

2.   I was enslaved to take the infamous “high entrance test”.  I passed the test.  Due to fraudulent practice, I was failed even though I passed. I proved I can not possibly be bad and I proved the original mother, me, is innocent.  So in front of the general public,  I passed the show.  I should be released then. Who failed me and why?  An analogy of the high entrance test would be the test givers put a kitchen knife in my room, then stole the knife to commit crimes. They owned my privacy and my emotions by skillfully traumatized me. I called the police on weekly basis to stop the test givers. How is it my fault?   So morally and legally I have passed the test too.  Any party that failed me made a mistake. I’m asking you to take it back.

3.   The same party also made the mistake to prolong the test unnecessarily, illegally and immorally.  I should be released in May 2010 or in Fall 2010.  What was the excuse to prolong the terrorist test to hurt the innocent people and to traumatize me？  The excuse was a lie that claims framing me to link to a party in China was a viable solution to bring that party down. The truth is it was a waste of time. The lie hurt innocent lives, traumatized me and misled some powerful people into failing me in the test.  I should have retired over a year ago with a passing grade. Instead, the very traumatized me was closed out for begging test givers to stop killing innocent people for a useless show that benefits no one. It was not right to close me out over I begged for the useless show to stop so no one is hurt including me.

4.  I deserve to know why I was closed out in winter 2011 and I challenge the decision. I believe I should be in and I should be rewarded for trying to stop a useless show that wasted innocent people’s blood and wasted everyone else' time. I only discussed the matter in the most private way possible.  I never blew the whistle on any party publicly. Even when I was discussing the organized stalking which I was subjected to, I clearly pointed out an extremist international organization or only some individuals from an extremist party who might have penetrated sensitive state departments might be responsible.  Please note, I never blamed on any specific nation or any specific party of any specific nation for the problem. There are good and bad people in every nation.  We can not say everybody is good in China or in the US or in Europe.  Given the fact the many nations are affected by the recent events,  why is it a surprise that there are individuals who are not so peaceful among us.  So I said a lot but it was the same as I said nothing. Although I was too traumatized to stay super clam , (which is my test givers’ fault too，)  I kept the secret for all. Everything I have done is lawful, decent and respectful.  From a hind sight, I should be in!.

5.  I was closed out again this February because of a lie that says I “killed” someone, when that person is healthy and well.  Why should I be killed for the death of someone who is safe and healthy?  I was zapped by DEW and hurt physically so the desperate me had to bargain for my health and life with the secret of a kid’s identity.  But I promised ahead of time that I would make sure his reputation would be as good as before. I could announce to the world that he is a good non-political kid who saved me, the good mother’s life as soon as you stop zapping me with DEW. I meant no harm and no danger to him.  He is fine and healthy now. I have never physically laid a finger on anyone. Do I deserve to be physically abused over this?

6.  I was in this summer after I explained the situation to some very kind people.  I’m forever grateful.

7. If an organization wishes to get a share of the money (China has already paid in full) to hire some people, it is an internal allocation issue. 人民内部矛盾。 But they do not need to kill people or cut me. 不要偷换概念。 Why can’t they be given the bonus as a reward and be allowed to do nothing?    The economic value to give them the bonus, then make them work for the bonus they should not work for is negative. Creating one killer’s job equals to taking away 10 legitimate jobs in a nation. So giving them the budget and have them kill to earn the money will actually increase the unemployment rate and bring down GDP. It is better just to reward them with the cash and let them do nothing. It is better for them, better for the people and better for the economy.  Please allow me to explain with an example. GDP=1000. The additional money from China is 40.  The budget to kill innocent people is 10.  1) If 10 is given to an organization for doing nothing,  10 stays in the 40 and the total money is 1000+40=1040.   2) If the 10 is given to an organization and the organization need to kill to earn the 10, the 10 stays in the 40 but the GDP goes down by 50. So the total money will be 1000-50+40=990.  A GDP of 990 is even less than the original 1000.  Ever wonder where does the money go? The 40 from China disappears.  This is why the economic value of targeting me is negative.

8. However, I was closed out again this August over the lie that it is more profitable to target me. I already discussed the negative economic value of targeting me. So I deserve to know why I’m not in yet.  If any party does not wish to be my friend or does not wish to put me on a friend list, Fine.  I ‘m friendly but suit yourself.   I deserve not to be cast out as a slave.   So please take me off the slave list or the bad people’s list because I am the best person in this political show.  I will file a complain with everyone to challenge the decision to close me out. I deserve to be in more than everyone else.

Since my handlers make the same amount of money no matter they kill innocent people or not.  Why don’t they just take the money and do nothing?  Why do they have to take the money then sacrifice innocent lives along with my health and freedom they do not need to sacrifice ? It is unnecessary to sacrifice any innocent people like me and it is counterproductive to cut me. They can use the money do other meaningful projects without making a penny less.  No matter they kill innocent people or not, not matter I’m in or not, they make the same amount of money.  They should not kill the innocent and cut me for no political or financial benefit.

9. I overheard a new lie that says closing me out would please the audience because it depresses the audience if an innocent woman is targeted. Since the audience do not like to see an innocent woman targeted, what is the point to target and close out this poor woman to invite criticism?  Wouldn't the solution be freeing this poor woman to win back people's hearts? 1) Even if a party needs to rewrite history, it can label me a nobody to free me ,  or label me a kid's girlfriend to rescue me.  It is unnecessary and counterproductive to close me out then cut me in order to rewrite history.  This excuse is again a lie. It also looks like a lie for a kid or a fire or a blue's girlfriend to take all the hits when people wonder where did the men go? As long as different kids/ fire/ blue get cut for a number of years accumulatively, the show does not look too much like a lie. So it is both unnecessary and counterproductive to continue to cut me after I have been cut for 1 year.  I should be freed and replaced by now.  Clearly, even if a party needs to rewrite the history, it only needs to rewrite the past without hurting my future. It is unnecessary to continue to cut me or close me out in the future. 2) Besides, it is impossible to rewrite too much into the part of history about me when the audience do not buy the lies used to frame the most unqualified escape goat, me.  Please read my postings on fair trials from other web sites to see that I'm the most unqualified woman to be framed as a bad person,

Since it is unwise to modify too much history , there is no reason to improvise too much to cut me then so the audience will detect the lies.  The only solution so far is to free me no matter now no matter if any party is rewriting history or honoring the most of the history. Either way I should be free now. You can be my knight of shining armor, so everyone is good.  

In conclusion, the situation is I do not deserve to be closed out and it is useless to close me out.  Why bother to close out a poor woman who does not deserve to be closed out when there is no additional benefit to close her out?  Every road leads to Rome.  There is no reason to ride the most useless and most unqualified me. The party in concern does not need to take the way of horror in order to arrive their destination either.  In China where a party in concern is interviewed by the people, it needs to be fair, honest and kind so People truly desire them instead of detest them. The Asians are very intelligent.  The elite class of China is the most intelligent of all.  Enslaving one of their society ladies saddens them all.  They now live in fear that their own daughters might be violated and enslaved too. They are afraid to welcome that party to stay in China because it does not respect the social elites of China, let alone the people of China.  It’s useless to fool the Asians by shifting responsibilities around and continuing to hurt the innocent along the way. I'm too unqualified to be framed as a bad person and Asian people are not stupid. 愚民政策 only fools the stupid, not the brightest of all.  Please just do good deeds. Talk the talk, walk the walk, lead by good examples. The next question is which party is misleading everyone. Please make friends with good people instead of mean people.  What is the benefit to make friends with the mean people, so they can mislead you, waste your time, hurt those who can benefit you, then ruin your reputation, and eventually replace you?  Starling was mean to the people. Where is him now? Do not learn from the losers when one can learn from winners like King Arthur, 汉文帝， 武则天， 乾隆？ All of the beloved emperors ruled by law and with integrity. How do the handlers/ designers plan to make up to me for the trouble?

You certainly should give me financial compensation which I do not care much for.  But how do you pay for the other misfortunes you have caused me? How do you pay for the health you took away from me?  How do you pay for the marriage opportunities you took away from me?  How do you pay for the Psychological trauma you caused me? You should pay me money to make up for the business opportunities you took away from our family business and the time and energy you caused us. Without your interference of the past 5 years, we are already very wealthy now.  So how do you plan to pay for the other misfortunes and intangible losses they caused me?   You have exceeded the credit limit.  You can no longer overdraft from me. Even if you plan to default the account, please do not lie about it.  Lying about the accounting book is a fraud much worse than defaulting the account.  I can forgive and forget, but I will not allow you to tear up the accounting book to lie. Nevertheless, an analogy of the current situation would be you owe me 3 months’ rents.  You might or might not pay for only one month. You have no plan or desire to pay for the 2 other months’ rents. You are defaulting if not committing any fraud.  Now you are closing me out so you can stay for free for another 4 months, because you might pay for the previous one month you already owe me.  Does this sound logical to you?  In another word, you only pay one month’s rent. You think you are entitled to stay in my home for 3 months. You also think you are entitle to stay in my home for 4 more months, which add up to a total of 7 months!  You are receiving an eviction order from me now!  One month rent to allow you to stay for 3 months is already too good a deal for you. You need to leave now.  You can not stay for 7 months and get away with one month rent if any. Since the very traumatized and fragile me is unable to play along with you and you are unable to make up to me. You should leave.  Even if I’m labeled a kid’s girlfriend to benefit the blood sucking kids, you can have them suck some other substitutes’ blood to complete the poor kids are victimized by XXX show.  I’m a woman and I’m already zapped for a whole year. There are 1.3 Chinese to serve you. Maybe it’s a man’s job to get zapped for 2 more years to complete the 苦肉计 show.  I have contributed million times more than my share. Why are you not leaving me alone?

If the project does not refer to cutting or targeting Feifei, maybe.  If it refers to stop cutting Feifei or to aid Feifei, naturally.   If it refers to cutting Feifei and targeting Feifei, absolutely not. This cutting Feifei project will have you lose more revenue than you make. So it is a total loss. This project will hurt innocent people and cause disasters all over the world just to give some people jobs they can get by targeting other individuals or doing other things. Disasters cost nations disaster aids and slow down the economy to slow down the global economic recovery.  So the revenue you actually lose will be a lot more than the income you make to pay a few thousand people. If you do not lose so much revenue, you can use the same amount of revenue to hire the same group of people to do more profitable and peaceful jobs. How much is the pay check for a few thousand people? Not much. And what is the value of a human life or many human lives? Priceless. What is the GDP loss caused by disasters and all sorts of man-made misfortunes? This project is like to trade an apple for a garden. In order to eat an apple for free, one gives up a garden.  My question is even if you wish to trade an apple for a garden, why don’t you trade a banana or an apricot for a garden?  You can target someone else or something else to create jobs too. Have you made any effort to target something or someone else to create more jobs? And there are more lawful, peaceful and profitable ways to create as much or more jobs.  I can share these ways with you if you let me go free.

Payroll tax cuts vs. tax rebates

Which one is better?  Tax rebates. Why?

Who deserve to get tax benefits  and can  contribute to the economy?  Mama Papa store owners or small business owner.  If they get tax rebates, they will save money to help the economy.  Or they will invest into expanding businesses and creating jobs to help the economy.   It is a little better than giving payroll tax cuts to people earning pay checks.   So tax rebates can take care of both group of people when payroll tax cuts only take care of people earning pay checks. So I'm for tax rebates. 

Usually I do not care much for this topic because I do not owe taxes and I do not need any tax cut.  I do not wish to trade my health and life for tax cuts I do not need. Why do I want to do that? No bargain here.  Now I'm concerned that tax cuts refer to cutting me, Feifei.  So I'm 100% against tax cuts or any extension of tax cuts.  If the heated discussion on payroll tax cuts  refers to tax cuts literally and has nothing to do with me, great. I don't care about the outcome.  Whatever.

Will Key stone project create thousands of jobs and make America more secure at the same time?

The 1,700-mile pipeline would carry oil from western Canada to Texas Gulf Coast refineries, passing through Montana, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas and Oklahoma. The spending bill would lock in cuts that conservative Republicans won from the White House and Democrats earlier in the year. Republicans also won their fight to block new federal regulations for light bulb energy efficiency, coal dust in mines and clean water permits for construction of timber roads."

If the project does not refer to cutting or targeting Feifei, maybe.  If it refers to stop cutting Feifei or to aid Feifei, naturally.   If it refers to cutting Feifei and targeting Feifei, absolutely not. This cutting Feifei project will have you lose more revenue than you make. So it is a total loss. This project will kill innocent people and cause disasters all over the world just to give some people jobs they can get by targeting other individuals or doing other things. Disasters cost nations disaster aids and slow down the economy to slow down the global economic recovery.  So the revenue you actually lose will be a lot more than the income you make to pay a few thousand people. If you do not lose so much revenue, you can use the same amount of revenue to hire the same group of people to do more profitable and peaceful jobs. How much is the pay check for a few thousand people? Not much. And what is the value of a human life or many human lives? Priceless. What is the GDP loss caused by disasters and all sorts of man-made misfortunes? According to the US constitution- sixth Amendment, Criminal defendants have the right to a speedy trial.  This is the constitutional right of each and every US citizen. When a law contradicts the constitution, the law becomes invalid.

The bill which aspires to deny suspects the right to trial and subjects suspects to indefinite detention makes the following assumptions:

1. The real terrorists are very honest and decent people so they do not frame good people;

2. The good people framed by real terrorists are slaves so they do not have any right to a trial

3. The terrorists have more authorities than the US constitution and the US courts because they can frame any good people to subject them to indefinite detention without a fair trial.

If The 3 assumptions above are constitutional, then any US citizen including the key US leaders can be framed by real terrorists and the terrorists can take over the US within no time. End of democracy to all. Will the American people accept this outcome? 

In my case in which I’m a framed suspect, where are the police even if the military people are not supposed to pick me up? Shouldn’t anyone speak to me to let me know I’m a suspect and get my side of the story to evaluate my case? This is not a lacking of a fair trial, this is a lacking of proper notice and basic evaluation of my case to determine if I should be deemed a terrorist suspect. How can my case be evaluated without at least one interview of me and my witnesses after I have been reporting and contacting the police repeatedly.

A blue agent can either be a blue-cat or a blue-fire assuming blue owns the fire. The two roles are mutually exclusive. There is no justification for the role of a blue-fire-cat. So am I framed as a blue cat or a blue fire? A blue fire is one of those rapist guys and the blue cat is a lady. So I can only be framed as a blue cat. A blue cat is the alleged anchor woman or the test taker when the alleged blue fire is the alleged test giver. 

There is no evidence that I have given any woman any high entrance test. The test taker’s name is flying everywhere to conceal the names of the real test givers hiding in the dark. So I can not be a test giver. If I’m framed as a blue fire, what is a blue fire then? Since the blue is legitimate. And I can not be a blue fire test giver, then I can only be an alleged blue fire secretary doing legitimate jobs. There is no reason to cut me.

If you are going back to the blue cat design, zapping an alleged delivery woman with DEW will not weaken her to stop the muscles from doing their jobs because the woman is not a muscle.   The real muscles and test givers will not be stopped from taking my words out of context and twisting my words to generate the so called commands at their will.  What is the point to zap me with DEW after I have surrendered myself to the police for the police to keep the test givers and muscles away from me so I can not deliver any command even if I want to?  To please the audience, I need to be protected by the police in a safe house and the zapping me by DEW should be banned even if I'm framed as a blue cat delivery woman. 

Why would I embed the "commands" into my private life when I'm a public anchor woman? The paradox will lead to misunderstandings, inaccuracies and confusions which would jeopardize the "missions". It will also deprive me of my privacy to have relationships and ruin my chance for a marriage. All the intelligence agencies have professional encryption experts to encrypt commands electronically. Manual labor is not needed to lead to failures.  I can not be a delivery woman.  Again, I'm an innocent woman.  If thee is proof that I broke the law, then sue me in court. If there is no proof that I broke the law after I have filed so many police reports, then torturing me makes the responsible party a terrorist suspect with a secret agenda to frame me.

Please put aside all the emotions and look into what you really want.  Here are a few possibilities when some possibilities might be mutually exclusive.

1.  You need to waste time or to keep this project going for no good reason. Before     we  discuss if you need to keep this project or waste time, please think about the working dogs. Do they work better if they eat well, rest well and maintain good health? Do they refuse to work, fail to work or run away if they do not eat well, rest well or fail to maintain a good health? To frame me as someone else is bad enough. You do not need to cut me to make my life more unbearable so I have to run away. Cutting is unnecessary for a picking on a target show.  From your point of view, you need to at least give me a 45 to drag on with me. 
2. You need to do a bad guys get punished show. Then you need to be lawful and constitutional.  You might even need to be judged by higher standards. What is the point to refuse to give me a real court trial and continue to cut me illegally? This is to tell the world you do not have the evidence to prove I broke the law, but you need to frame me as an escape goat. So you torture me. The thing is nobody has even noticed me that I'm a terrorist suspect.  Nobody even interviewed me or my witnesses to evaluate my case. So I do not even qualify to become a terrorist suspect.  When there is no evidence to prove I broke the laws , any party tortures  me instead of simply interviews me or detains me is guilty of conspiracy, assault, and becomes a terrorist suspect with a secrete agenda to find an escape goat. Do not try so hard to promote yourself to be a terrorist suspect. Right now, you can still rescue me to become a hero then blame on some individuals for misleading you .  It is better late than never. You need to at least give me a 45 then.
3. You need to do a good kid/ cat/ fire/blue is abused show to blame the butcher, 苦肉计。 Then I’m not an orphan loved by no one like I’m now.   In order for any party to benefit from my suffering, that party needs to prove I’m one of their own and loved dearly by them. Unlike saving a nation or saving thousands of people, it is very easy to rescue an individual from DEW. Depending on which party I’m assigned to, China can easily guarantee me a 45 when I’m in China, and the US or Europe can easily guarantee me a 45 when I’m in their embassy or their countries. If there is evidence to prove I broke any law, then  take me to the court for a fair trial. Otherwise, free me. Any effort to cut me makes the butcher a terrorist suspect trying to torture me into agreeing to become an escape goat. It is a surprise that the aggressive blue, green, or China kid do not take advantage of the situation to nail down their opponents. And it is unbelievable that they do not at least take advantage of the law to claim my trial is a mistrial because of the torture so I’m free to go on a 45. Again better late than never. To go this route to suck my blood, I need to at least get a 45 now.
   

Whichever possible route you are choose, you need to give me a 45 to ensure your success. For your benefit, do not fight me over this 45.
